My mom has been here for more than 1 year and I love this place! They keep my mom clean and care for all her needs. Anytime I have concerns they address it immediately or they notify me immediately if they have concerns. The staff are caring and professional. My mom has improved greatly since coming back from the hospital. I appreciate all the staff and I love you all! This is my second home!

I would recommend North Mountain Medical to anyone. I was very impressed with the professionalism of every staff member. I was most impressed that they all followed universal precautions. I arrived at North Mountain after having emergency surgery for a deadly infection. When I arrived I was still under the influence of the pain meds, I was also fighting hallucinations and delusions as a result of these meds. I was unable to lift my head and hands, and had a trach, ng tube, HD catheter, and a Foley. I was terribly depressed, because I thought this would be the rest of my life. However, with the help and encouragement from therapy and nursing staff, I started making progress. They celebrated my wins and encouraged me through what I thought was failure and now because of their dedication to my care I am preparing to go home. From nonclinical staff to clinical staff everyone has been encouraging and supportive throughout my stay.

This place is wonderful. People are very nice and helpful. And when I need help they come to my rescue. They have great patient care. I was near death and the doctors said I am the luckiest lady.

The care is more than 5 stars! The staff would always come in and give me hope when I had set backs. They gave me strength towards my recovery. Nurses, Therapists, and all staff were outstanding! So I give this place more than 5 stars! I came to this place while in a coma and years later I am now back to work and having fun rodeoing. Thank you to all the North Mountain employees; nurses, CNA’s, and respiratory!

I was a resident at North Mountain for 3 months for Respiratory and medical care. During that time my experiences were positive and supportive of my needs. The nurses and CNA’s were always kind and caring about me. Therapy was always on time and a bright spot in my day. The food was good and nourishing. The activities provided by the center were fun and interesting and gave you a break in your day.

Excellent Wound Care Nurses!

The respiratory and nursing care was very focused when he came over from the hospital. They would check on him to make sure he was clean and comfortable. Got him bathed on time. The respiratory therapist were excellent. They made sure his vent settings were compatible with him. Also, he was on dialysis for up to three times a week in his room. They were extra careful and made sure everything was just right. They were attentive and focused on his needs. They kept the room clean and it was good.

Everyone was very caring and concerned. The staff is available when I need them. Anytime I needed help they were eager to help. Very attentive. All the staff made me feel at home. They asked my family how they were and greeted my wife and grandkids on every visit. The therapy team was outstanding. I made a lot of progress there. Their main goal was to help me go home. Maryann, Maria, Cassie, Andrew, Randy, Missy, and Betham were great to work with. They talked to me and made the time go by faster. My respiratory therapist Patricia was great! She was concerned about me and checked up on me even when she wasn’t assigned to me or my floor. My doctor was available when I needed him and attentive to my needs. Even the food staff was great and asked about my food. I feel very content with my visit. I’m sorry that I have to go!
